How long does an employee have to work for you to be eligible for the new Paid Leaves?

For the Emergency Paid Sick Leave, there is no time restriction.  They could possibly be new hires.  However, to be eligible to receive the Emergency Paid Family and Medical Leave, they must have worked for you for 30 days.
