Notice/Poster Now Available 

As promised, the Department of Labor has released the notice/poster that employers should use to notify each employee of their rights under this new law.  This notice should be given to all of your employees including full-time, part-time and temporary.   

The Department of Labor’s website ( https://www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/pandemic/ffcra-poster-questions ) provides additional questions and answers about posting and distributing this notice.
