We are dealing with many “firsts” and getting employees back into the workforce after a pandemic is one of those. As talk about lifting quarantine orders begins, employers should begin to plan restarting “business as usual.” Among other important topics, we will address new safety protocols, new policies and procedures that employers may need, and addressing benefit issues.
