The new service offering is designed to help small to medium sized employers remain compliant through access to industry experts and informed guidance to navigate the changing business landscape. “Data has shown that compliance concerns plague business owners. Cathy studied at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and spent her career leading HR teams. Having spent many years in human resource positions at several fortune 500 companies, she has developed winning strategies to help businesses tackle HR needs and applied practical training programs. She is actively involved in the Charlotte, NC and Lake Norman, NC Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) organizations as well as the National and Charlotte American Payroll Association.
Jill, Vice President of HR Services, has a Masters degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior. She has provided HR services to businesses for the past 20 years and specializes in providing consultancy to small and mid-sized businesses who need to improve their policies and procedures to be compliant with current legislation.
