Human Resource Services – Payentry’s Newest Line of Services

Payentry is putting compliance first by investing in a human resource program to help businesses manage regulatory compliance and risk associated with their biggest asset – their people.

MPAY, Inc., DBA Payentry, an industry leader in payroll and human capital management software and services, has announced today that the company has begun providing human resource services to companies across the U.S.

The new service offering is designed to help small to medium sized employers remain compliant through access to industry experts and informed guidance to navigate the changing business landscape. “Data has shown that compliance concerns plague business owners. And, according to a recent XpertHR whitepaper, The Top 15 Most Challenging HR Compliance Issues of 2018, 41% of employers indicated that keeping current with rapidly changing federal, state and local laws and making sure their employee handbooks are up-to-date was very or extremely challenging.  In addition, 38% of small employers are confused and overwhelmed by new state and local paid leave laws.  Pending changes to overtime rules and pay equity at the federal level will cause this activity to rise drastically in the next two years. Our services are designed to address these concerns and alleviate the pressure of HR regulations on a small to medium sized business,” said Cathy Graham, Sr. Vice President of HR Services.

Industry leaders, Cathy Graham, SPHR, SHRM-SCP and Jill Wilk, MS–HRM, OB are responsible for developing an enterprise strategy that connects employers across the U.S. with Payentry’s human resource service program in conjunction with the Payentry suite of services – recruitment, payroll, taxes, time & attendance, retirement, insurance and now human resource services.

Cathy studied at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and spent her career leading HR teams. Having spent many years in human resource positions at several fortune 500 companies, she has developed winning strategies to help businesses tackle HR needs and applied practical training programs. She is actively involved in the Charlotte, NC and Lake Norman, NC Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) organizations as well as the National and Charlotte American Payroll Association.

Jill, Vice President of HR Services, has a Masters degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior. She has provided HR services to businesses for the past 20 years and specializes in providing consultancy to small and mid-sized businesses who need to improve their policies and procedures to be compliant with current legislation.
