Can an employee take the Emergency Paid Sick Leave and then take the Emergency Paid Family and Medical Leave?

Yes.  The Emergency Paid Sick Leave benefit is 10 days.  If the leave is to care for a child without school or childcare, the Emergency Paid Family and Medical benefit is available.  The first 10 days of this leave is unpaid.  The benefit for the remaining 10 weeks of leave would be two-thirds of their regular rate of pay.
