March 2019

As the CEO of Payentry, I’d like to thank you for allowing us to provide services to your company.  We know the importance of your business operations and we are grateful you have chosen to partner with us.

Based on the growing concerns about COVID-19 and having concerns for our employees well-being and the service level for our clients, we transitioned to a work from home status last Monday.   We adopted the work from home policy to keep our employees safe from work-based exposure to the COVID-19 virus and to ensure uninterrupted services to our clients.   We have asked our employees to follow the guidelines issued by the CDC and the Coronavirus Taskforce.  Good news is we have no reports of illness to date from our staff.  With only a couple minor exceptions, it has been business as usual.

We are having an internal conference call daily to keep everyone informed of the changes taking place on the federal, state and local level. Our learning and development staff will be doing internal trainings on the Family First Coronavirus Response Act and the different unemployment changes being put into place across several states.  On Monday, our staff will start hosting periodic external webinars addressing what the flurry of changes mean to employers and individuals.  Please check out our COVID-19 web page at www.payentry.com/COVID19 for more information.

At this point, no one knows how long this is going to last.  As we learn more about the COVID-19 virus and its resiliency, what will the business implications be?  Will there be supply chain disruptions because products need to be sanitized or destroyed?  Will delivery services from UPS, FedEx or the USPS be suspended or delayed because facilities need to be cleaned?

We are doing everything we can as a responsible business to reduce the spread of the virus.  In light of the current situation, we are asking our clients to go 100% electronic.   Everyone should be receiving their reports online and their pay electronically.  This will help us keep our employees safe, is good for the environment and it ensures delivery of critical pay and reports if there is a catastrophic supply or delivery event.

Electronic Options for Employees: Direct Deposit or the Payentry Card for unbanked employees

Employers should be receiving all reports securely via Payentry
