Geoffrey R. Duke

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Duke has over 30 years of experience in the software, business services and insurance industries. Mr. Duke has served as CEO since 2003. Prior to joining MPAY, Inc., he served as the Director of Operations at CBIZ and held sales and operations executive roles at BMS. Mr. Duke enjoys providing consultancy services to small business executives and career coaching through various non-profit organizations. He is devoted to connecting businesses with innovative solutions that result in an improved ROI and is continually creating investment opportunities that propel businesses into a more profitable future. Mr. Duke earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington & Lee University.

Ms. Anker joined Payentry in 2009 and has held various operational roles including administration, implementations and client service management. Her responsibilities include all aspects of operational management, strategic relationships and personnel development. Ms. Anker’s strengths also include building and reinforcing a company culture where team members are encouraged to thrive. Ms. Anker is a graduate of Clemson University.

Alyssa Nadeau

Ms. Alyssa Nadeau has spent over 15 years working in strategic technology roles spanning from multinational corporations to small businesses. In her current role as CTO, Alyssa is responsible for setting and executing the technology vision while ensuring system security and reliability. Prior to her time at Payentry, Alyssa spent more than 10 years in technology and digital strategy consulting at IBM. Alyssa holds a degree in Global Supply Chain Management from Clarkson University and resides in Maine.

Kevin Lin

“Mr. Lin has served as CFO of Payentry since 2025. Prior to joining Payentry, Mr. Lin spent over a decade as an investor and investment banker, most recently with Morgan Stanley, where he led investments in technology and tech-enabled services companies. He holds a bachelors in economics from Harvard University.”
