The partnership between MPAY and Convergence will allow Convergence to offer the Payentry suite of products to new and existing clients in conjunction with their consulting services. This additional product line will offer Convergence a point of differentiation from its competition while improving existing relationships with clients.

Heather Duke

Heather Duke is the Vice President of Marketing at MPAY. Heather joined the team in 2017 and is focused on introducing MPAY’s products and services to prospective clients and improving the utilization of products by current clients. Prior to MPAY, Heather worked in various operational and customer service positions at Paychex followed by several years at KELLY, where she was the Director of Tax and Compliance. Heather enjoys being able to take her operational background and love of analytics to create websites, marketing material and communications that will help improve the utilization of MPAY’s products and services among current clients and attract new clients to our product offering.

Heather graduated cum laude from Syracuse University’s Martin J. Whitman School of Management with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. She was the Vice President of Events and Programming for her campus residence and sang in the women’s choir. In 2016, Heather received a certificate in Project Management through Wake Forest University. Most recently, Heather graduated with distinction from the Wake Forest University School of Business where she received her Master of Business Administration. She is a standing member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and participates in ongoing education with the university whenever possible. Heather currently resides in Huntersville, North Carolina.
